Share over 30 + years of combine experience in the Private sector, International Chain Logistics and the Civil Service at United Nations. Experiences in Management, Administration, Operational Management, Safety and Security, Budget, Customer Services, Chain Logistics, Movement Control Operations, Aviation, Project Management, ISO 9000 and 14000 series for Management and Customer Services Satisfaction, Education, Training, Humanitarian Assistance, Global Diversity Respect, Education and Development and the importance of Global Relationship whether is at local city station or somewhere in the globe. My experience is the result of a combine work actions and studies that started in Peru when I volunteer to community work under to Food and Health social programs at the local City Offices place I reside; the Creation of the First International Student Association of High Schools and the first Students Magazine in South America at La Salle School in Lima back mid 70's; as a Chief Training at Financial Institutions for Cooperatives and Mutual associations published: Manual of Training and Development of Human Resources; Interaction duties during Hotel-Tourism Sector in developing programs to Travels Agencies; Printing production at Industrial sector, Marketing-Sales as Chief Sales in the commercial arena; as a Volunteer to the Fire Department of Peru; Bolivia, Chile, Brazil and Ecuador observation of cultural factors in comparison to Peru; then my lessons and contributions to the United Nations System in NY and abroad: World Food Program; UNAVEM II, UNAVEM III, MONUA, ONUMOZ and their Mozambique Elections, UNOMSA, UNMOVIC Arms Inspection Iraq, UNAMI, MINURCAT and presently in Florida at private the sector local community. Learning never ends as long we are alive and can communicate to others. I enjoy working with diverse communities and learn their experiences as to enrich my knowledge and understanding their background to be able to communicate and work along as a team. I am a dedicated individual to attain not only desire objectives but to ensure seeds are on the ground for humanity and development. We all see our daily performance as the best of our knowledge, but more importantly is to be able to partner with other members of the team as to ensure the best outcome for everyone with a smile and persevering human quality and development.
