As a former CIO, Chief Enterprise Architect and CEO, Mr. Trujillo brings boardroom level leadership and has years of industry experience in leading of global enterprise organizational mergers, acquisitions and digital transformations. As CIO for Carnival he led the launch of the Leisure Industry Division, a shared services organization designed to collapse and modernize the support services across all of Carnival's organizations. This division was responsible for the integration and support new ventures such as acquisitions of other Cruise lines, Airlines, and Hotels. His certifications include TOGAF, Scrum Master, Balance Score Card, Agile and holds a Master of Computer Science and an advanced Master's Certification in Enterprise Architecture. As a business executive Mr. Trujillo has extensive business financial, operational and organizational experience. His staff and organizational management experience include human capital identification, team development, retention, and career pathing and mentoring. His enterprise transformation experience spans across compliance, strategy, organizational restructuring, software development and analytics. Over the years he has managed team in excess of 500 with over 30 direct reports. Mr. Trujillo has held the position of National Practice Director for regional, national and international solutions companies. In this role Mr. Trujillo would be responsible for unit performance, go to market strategy and delivery, P&L and budget development, alliances and partnerships development. During his tenure as Chief Strategy Officer with Applica brands he led the transition of production and manufacturing across Latin America and Asia reducing bottom line cost by over 50%. Academically a full stack enterprise architect and software engineer, he has successfully managed 100+ million global projects for fortune 1000 clients bringing a rare combination of sales and functional experience in the technology field. In this capacity Mr. Trujillo was led enterprise transformation initiatives, software and enterprise architecture design, strategy and deployments for some of the world's largest fortune 1000 companies and has helped countless startups and led SMB turnaround initiatives.
