Launch Manager - Oversaw the entire Truck Final 2009 F150 $27M launch budget for the P415 Program. This required decisions to be made on changing the part to be build through the facility or the facility to be changed for the part. Launch Manager - Direct responsibility of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost of the new model launch at each milestone. Reported out on the above KPI's to Director and Vice President level leadership.
