Also required is the research of discrepancies in account balances by retrieving and examining original chronological records and other documents. Despite the nature of my duties, utilization of excellent customer service etiquette and proficiency with MS Word have always been a priority from the beginning of the process with a telephone call from a vendor to the expediting of a contract with its backup documents to being submitted to DPRB for approval. These attributes have constantly been a part of communication with vendors, contractors and other State agencies and are very helpful in retrieving any missing documentation required for invoice processing, posting payments or contract awards. My typing rate is approximately 80 wpm and also present is proficiency utilizing MS Office (XP), FMIS, ADPICS, Google, Excel, Word Perfect, Paradox, Power Chart, Quick Books, Outlook, GroupWise, PowerPoint, and some Access. I am thoroughly familiar with answering multiple line phones, up to ten (10) lines, use of hand-held scanner, Dictaphone transcription equipment, electronic printing calculators, copiers, facsimile machines, most general accounting procedures including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, data entry @10,000 keystrokes per hour (alpha/numeric), operation of two-way, handheld radios and knowledge of other basic office equipment and administrative functions. Utilization of MICROS cash system and medical terminology is also present. Experience has also been obtained over the years creating spreadsheets, generating correspondence, maintaining tracking systems, submitting requisitions, as well as coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, in addition to excellent telephone etiquette.
