Troubleshooting for problems related to timekeeper and HRIS. Document timekeeper and HRIS procedures and train users. Input of critical HR/Timekeeper information into the HRIS. Develop reports to support business and HR needs. Also, backup for payroll and other assigned duties. Administer the payroll process, which includes but is not limited to: audit and data entry of employee personnel data and timecards; maintenance of employee deductions such as benefits. Verification and balancing of payroll data; direct deposit, and positive pay files; printing and distribution of checks and direct deposit vouchers; balancing payment of payroll garnishments and child support. Printing of payroll checks, distribution, sorting and all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
