For the past 20 years, I have had full P&L responsibility for the organizations that I have worked with. On the finance side I have had to create budgets, forecasts, outlooks, variance analyst, KPI’s, ad hoc reports, capital purchase cases, and interact with many different field managers. On the accounting side I have had to lead AR/AP groups, work with auditors, make accruals, participate in the monthly close process, Balance Sheet reviews, and cash management, capital purchases, complete reconciliations.
