Strategically coordinate and collaborate with other employees. * Ability to interpret supervisor's direction. * Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management. * Assemble creative and/or trends boards. * Sketch technical drawing flats in illustrator. * Build color swatches. * Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Opitex, CAD, and Sewing * Understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques which includes fabrication and trimming * Knowledge of technical design in women's apparel and baby/kids apparel * Ability to work in a fast paced, creative, and team oriented environment. * Strong sense of color and aesthetic ability to interpret creative trends. * Experience designing graphics, and pattern making.
