Over sixteen years of electro-mechanical experience * Fourteen years of experience in biomedical equipment quality assurance through troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and installation/de-installation of medical equipment including hematology analyzers, slide strainers, lithotripters, LASERs, X-ray imaging and display systems, irradiator cabinets, SARRP, high-energy X-ray systems, and more * Two years of experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of industrial LASER systems * Experience in installation/de-installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of medical systems and technical support * Possesses a big picture view of organization and documenting a repair center with proven ability to bring companies up to ISO standards * Proficient in detailed reporting and documentation * Effective communicator across management levels with multi-national companies * Highly skilled at delivering service excellence
