I have worked as a Store Manager of high volume stores in the retail drug industry Where I was responsible for performing administrative and labor duties in order to ensure efficient day to day store operations. The duties performed included paperwork, budgeting payroll, ordering product and store supplies and analyzing sales and shrink numbers as well as pharmacy prescription count and insurance billing issues .The labor management duties have included interviewing potential hires training new hires creating employee schedules monitoring team performance and implementing loss prevention and governmental guidelines such as Hazardous Material handling and enforcing the Dodd-Frank act at store level
