As a Network Support Engineer for the USCG, I was responsible for maintaining 134 sites, across 37 sectors that received and fed data to 80 USCG and other government agency systems. I also served as the Configuration Management Engineer for Head Quarters Coast Guard, ensuring that the CM environment facilitates product review and track changes that will have an effect on the network.
