These included a extruded grilled steak griller, burger bites, and sandwich dog treats formed and extruded mozzarella cheese stick that simulated a real cheese stick, a stretchy mozzarella cheese stick that stretched more than a normal stick, and an extended mozzarella cheese and cream cheese that performed at or better than real products. * Regulatory, Specifications, Nutritionals, Data Analysis - Skilled at R&D documentation, Regulatory & CFR regulation requirements, HACCP, Nutritionals and label update, as well as cost-saving, margin and process improvements. At Albertville Quality Foods managed regulatory, product specifications, formula, labels and created nutritionals for AQF, Cracker Barrel, Long John Silvers, TGIF. At Heinz, developed an excel matrix to track shelf life resolution and cost savings history that represented a cost savings of $1 to 2 million. * Lab Management - Participated as the QA or R&D manager on cross-functional project teams.
