From the age of 17, when I joined the U.S. Army Infantry, I've done three things at work: train people, lead them and build winning teams. I was formally trained in multiple leadership schools, as well as, in training and test delivery, development and design. I performed the same three functions in every subsequent organization. In 2007, after completing my Graduate Degree, I went out on my own and built an online training organization from website construction to course design and development. I've maintained, updated, marketed and developed long-term client organizations for my training. My professional focus is positive work cultures and individual success through development of skills. At this point, I'd like to use my significant leadership and training skills in a more permanent environment, having turned the training site over to a staff.
