Contracts Management * Documented $6 million in cost savings during last two years at OHSU. * Administered contracts and developed RFPs for all IT and medical equipment used in research for Oregon Health and Science University, including MRIs, ultrasounds, genetic analysis (PCR) systems, cage cleaning systems, electron microscopes, fluoroscopes, unmanned underwater vehicles, etc. * Developed RFPs for major construction, renovation, and repair, including tenant improvement, major office construction, IT infrastructure, seismic retrofit, roofing replacement, tank farm decommissioning, utility infrastructure. * Negotiated acquisition of significant value-added goods and services in all areas.
