2+ years of experience in Cloud CX involving active participation in discovery session, Solution planning, and implementation * Certified Salesforce Administrator with knowledge in object customizations, user management workflow rules, process builder, approval process * Hands on experience on Oracle Sales Cloud major modules like User Management via Authorization Policy Manager (APM), Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Implementation of Complete lead life cycle using business process flows, Assignment Rules, Territory and Geography configurations and Bulk load of data using file based import * Expertise in Soap Web Services, Restful Web Services and object level groovy scripting * Very good knowledge in Product management, Promotion and Price book configurations * Experience in creating interactive reports, Dashboards and well-designed Reports and Analytics * A versatile team player with good Inter-personnel, communication, time management and negotiation skills
