Accountable to the Plant Engineer, Operations Manager and Plant Manager on a weekly basis. * Experience working with USDA and HACCP/SQF programs. * Experience with NEC, OSHA, and PSM programs. * Experience with both Continuous and Batch steam cookers, and related support equipment in both Edible and Inedible applications.
