Skill sets include, engineering management, lean six-sigma deployment, quality systems management, program management, strategic planning, cost reductions, change management and team leadership. In the last 10 years I have lead and directed over 25 projects that included 5S, Kaizens, SMED, DMAIC methodology. Total project savings well over $5 million. I have implemented Lean disciplines in both a high mix, low volume (Aerospace) and low mix, high volume (Automotive) environments.
