Provide regular feedback and coaching to staff including disciplinary actions as needed. - Monitor and manage timekeeping. Approve and plan time off requests to ensure adequate coverage. Process, authorize and submit departmental payroll. - Monitor patient satisfaction surveys and recommend opportunities for improvement.
