Presently Working as: - Transmission Engineer in Huawei Technologies Nepal Co., Pvt. Ltd, as ARP of Suvidha Services pvt. Ltd. (From June' 2015 to till date) Main activities in this Project. * Operations and Maintenance for ZTE based network. * Leading team on site for preventing and alarm rectification issues. * Alarm rectification for 3G/2G BTS sites. * Formulating daily operations and troubleshooting procedures. * Expansion, modifications, updating, network re-configuring and re-routing of. * Planning expansion, updating and modifications of the existing 2G/3G network. * Troubleshooting media issues on sites. * Cable Routing & Connection of Power, Alarm, Signal and PCM * Installation and configuration of MISU and EISU for extenal Alarms for NMS * Management of Maintenance of Power Plant, Battery, DG, A.C and AVR of BTS sites. * Installation of GSM 900 MHz / 1800 MHz /2100 MHz BTS (Indoor / Outdoor) * E1/ PCM routing from BSC to new sites & troubleshooting of E1/PCM related problems. * E1 routing for migration & traffic shifting of sites from one BSC to another BSC. * Regular Software Upgrades of all Transmission Equipment. * HOP Up-gradation from 4x2 to 16 x 2. * Full exposure to the Operation and Maintenance, Commissioning & Integration of BTS . * Alarm monitoring and their rectification for proper operation & maintenance. * Full exposure to the Commissioning and Maintenance of Transmission equipment. * Preparation and Definition of data for LOADING BTS sites. * IP RAN Devices have good knowledge
