Vendor Management: Manage & supervise External Debt collection vendors * Exercising adequate control over External Agency performance in terms of - Recruitment & Training, Staff Productivity, Motivational activities, Incentive schemes, joint visits, etc. Preparation and submission of periodic reports, MIS and Handling multiple tasks and unpredictable work situations. Allocation and Billings, monitoring cash management and ensuring process control. * Handle issues related to daily, weekly and monthly collection reconciliations and analyze variances in compliances. * Audit/Compliance: Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors for conducting periodic audits evaluating internal control systems to highlight shortcomings & implementing necessary recommendations. * Highlight the shortcomings based on audit report and implementing necessary recommendations Credit and Risk Management: * Liaise with Sales, Credit & Risk team, Branch Operations and Customer Care Team to ensure sustained growth of business for the entire region. Investigate on fraud suspected cases.
