Maintenance and Reliability expert in Oil & Gas/Electric Power who has led Global Key Account teams to reach strategic and financial objectives (50+ MUSD in revenue). Managed teams up to 30, including mentoring sales managers through sales process: customer development, proposal/budget creation, contract negotiation. Co-developed the world leading reliability improvement process at ERIN Engineering called SRCM (Streamlined Reliability-Centered Maintenance) which is still used today by Shell, BP, and OxyChem. SKF acquired ERIN in 2002 to bring the SRCM process to their global customer base and to enter the Oil & Gas and Electric Power market. Created a new service offer at SKF called Spare Parts Inventory Management and Optimization which can reduce spare parts inventory by up to 50%. Example: for a US Steel mill, our proposal was to reduce their 60 MUSD inventory to 28 MUSD. Throughout my career, I have always "done whatever needed to be done" to exceed my client's (and my company's) expectations. Example: spent a year at LUKoil in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia taking over a troubled reliability project, as well as had a Residency Visa in Abu Dhabi for 5 years to manage the business with ADGAS and other ADNOC OpCos. Became SKF's Asset Management and Oil & Gas expert after ERIN Engineering acquisition managing a Key Account segment team of 10. Championed the development and roll out of global segment strategy for Oil & Gas and trained SKF's reliability personnel globally (e.g. Singapore, Gothenburg, Houston, Rio de Janerio, UAE).
