* At SVMG Lab I am the Lead Tech in charge of the Coagulation, Immunology, Fecal Occult Bloods, BNP's and Urinalysis. My duties include all testing, Calibration, QA, QC, process improvement and supply management and ordering. * At ACH I was proficient in multiple areas of the lab and a go-to tech on weekends. * At Winona Hospital I was in charge of the glucose and cholesterol screenings for public events and maintained the glucose meters for the home healthcare network affiliated with the hospital. I was also the QA and Safety Officer for the Lab for two years. * At Covance I piloted a bi-weekly collaboration in the newly annexed area to facilitate new process improvement in the form of an open forum huddle. This huddle brought about continued increase in production and improvement in the processes for further consolidations soon to occur in the area mentioned above. * I was part of a team heading up an onward investigation into delete and reorder issues in the lab while at Covance. I researched individual projects in order to determine the optimal improvements to make. Our goal was to eliminate excessive overtime and extra FTE's due to errors in the resulting process. * At Covance I was responsible for training new employees and temporary employees in the Auto Chemistry Non-Safety Testing area. * I was in-charge of consolidation of the Reagent, Calibrator and Test Methodology documentation and manufacturer inserts for the Automated Chemistry Non-Safety side while at Covance Inc. * I received outstanding PMD's from all my supervisors for contributing innovative proactive ideas and for consistent positive interaction with my co-workers, supervisors and clients at all previous places of employment.
