I am looking for a position in the Mortgage industry. I have been a mortgage loan processor for over 30 years. I work closely with loan officers, borrowers, realtors, title companies and the closing department. Once the loan is approved from underwriting I get the necessary conditions from the borrower in order to get the loan clear to close. I have also requested the pre-CD from the closing department in preparation for the 3 day time frame needed to be able to set a closing.
