Catholic Charities Dioceses of Fresno -Merced Site (4 Years) * Merced, CA Executive Team: Merced, CA Site Director 2014 to Present * Core responsibility entails overall leadership to the Merced site in CA, encapsulates operations, financial management, marketing, fundraising, public/community relations, program development, and human resource management * Ensure that all programming supports the mission of Catholic Charities and follows the strategic direction of the agency as determined by the Governing Board of Directors and the Bishop of the Diocese of Fresno, CA. * Lead spokesperson and coalition-builder for Catholic Charities. * Lead philanthropic efforts including but not limited to overseeing local guild and resource boards * Maintain a climate that attracts, keeps and motivates qualified professionals and volunteers * Plan and organize staff, direct, and evaluate program operation activities within the sites to meet goals and outcome * Collaboration with the ED to develop, direct and implement public relations and communications, specifically in strategies that support increased public awareness * Manage fiscal operations including budget development and authorization of expenditures according to contractual agreements * Adhere and implement internal control policies * Recruitment, training of volunteer base
