He has been working with integrated business applications since 1966. He has acquired extensive knowledge of large-scale enterprise implementation issues, become a seasoned project manager and offers expertise in business process redesign, change management, planning, communications, training, and team building. He has served as a strategic analyst, market planner, business analyst, offer manager, market manager, product manager, account manager, application sales specialist and designer and application developer. Ken has excellent communication skills and communicates effectively at all levels.
