I was currently in a product owner role for a financial services client that has multiple consumer-facing partners and products. I usually own 3 to 5 projects at a time, seeing them each from ideation through post-release. In addition to working on projects in flight, I analyze customer feedback, real-time metrics, and other data sources so that I can suggest continuous enhancements to the user experience. I’m trusted and capable of prioritizing many issues on my own, but I also know when to reach out to a wider audience so that bigger projects can be prioritized collaboratively.
