I am analyst, quality control, operations planning and management in Telecommunications industry. I have a long experience as Head of Radio and Transmission Planning and optimization in Vodacom Congo (Democratic Republic of Congo). I am passionate with challenging jobs in domain of my expertise and have a solid background in Management for being in Entrepreneurship MBA program at Liverpool University. I am very strong team player and always willing to empower others. I am results oriented, and always want to achieve better than my set targets. I am a quick learner and have innovative spirit. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE I have worked in Telecommunications industry, starting as Operations Engineer up to BSS Manager in CWN (Congolese Wireless Network) in DR of Congo from 2000 to 2002. Then, I moved to Vodacom Congo as Network Quality specialist from start in 2002. I was promoted in 2003 as Planning Manager and quality assurance, promoted in 2005 as Head of Radio and Transmission Planning and Optimization, transferred in 2013 as Head of Network Management and transferred in 2015 as Head of Operations. I am currently Chief Technical Officer in Rural Networks, planning implementation of 5000 sites within 5 years, starting from 2018 to 2022 in DR of Congo.
