Over 25+ years of security experience working in staff and operations positions as a Security Specialist. * Over 18 years of special security experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) and a Program Security Officer (PSO) proving control and management to various Department of Defense (DOD) Special Access Programs (SAPs). * Diverse security background knowledge encompasses Personnel, Physical, Information, Industrial and Anti-terrorism security. * Strong technical and analytical skills with proven ability to independently assess, review and implement policies and procedures working with Program Managers and security Professionals. * Effective communicator able to work effectively under pressure in a variety of diverse workplace environments. * Excellent organization skills and a team player with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and can easily adapt to any environment. * Ability to plan and conduct security assessments, manage security programs and communicate efficiently both orally and written.
