I participated in the public bidding on private and local government proposed projects from1983 to February 2017 under JPI CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, my own company. These also included the preparation of the bid documents on the specified given date in the bid forms for private and local government proposed projects. I did also some structural analysis by manual computation and estimate on these years. QUALIFICATION 1) Structural designer-structural analysis computation up to 4 storey building. (manual computation using portal and moment distribution method). 2) Steel and wooden trusses-structural analysis manual computation using stress diagram or analytical section method. 3) 5,000 to 30,000 gallons capacity by 60 feet elevation steel water tank-structural analysis manual computation using analytical section method. 4) Estimate-civil and steel works for building and drainage. 5) Management and supervisory works during actual construction period.
