Seeking a Full time Finance or Administrative position KEY COMPETENCIES * Experience in financial and IT services industries * Prior call center experience with internal and external customers and clients * Proficient IT/Computer skills including Excel, Access, MS Office Suite and software applications * Knowledge of basic office, accounting, secretary and receptionist tasks, call center inbound and outbound experience * Ability to maintain company and customer confidentiality * Customer satisfaction focused - worked and led teams in a fast paced high volume call center environments * College degrees in Finance, Computer Science, MBA
