Mr. Lees has over 40 years of mechanical engineering and project management expertise, including design, construction, and maintenance and operations of commercial and industrial buildings, medical and educational facilities CONUS and OCONUS. His Project Management and engineering experience focused on ensuring compliance with Federal and Local Government strict engineering specifications to maintain structural integrity and efficient operations of building systems, heating/ventilation/air-conditioning (HVAC) systems. He has expertly created, monitored, and maintained performance measures to ensure compliance and on time on schedule delivery.
