 After assuming the role of Senior Manager, I directly oversaw a select, high-profile provider relationship portfolio and directly reconciled over $1B in claims payments over 5+ years.  I delivered trainings to transition 20+ large providers from a Fee-to-Service model to a Value-Base Case format.  I crafted a series of new service strategies based on utilizing Salesforce that significantly streamlined service delivery, slashed costs, and improved synergy between the Provider Network and the organization.  Under my leadership, the Provider Network Consultants (PNCs) utilized a series of strategies I developed to resolve and secure over $500M in payments for unpaid claim disputes within the Provider Network.
