COVER LETTER: To Whom It May Concern, It is a pleasure to recommend Angela Decker for a nursing position. I worked with Angela for approximately four years at RiverValley Behavioral Health's Crisis Stabilization Unit. I found her to be tremendously devoted to the care of our shared clients. As well as being a joy to work with, her attention to detail and drive to complete tasks in a timely manner is first-rate. Angela was usually the first to arrive at work to ensure that everything was prepared for the day. If she noticed that a client was due for a refill on their medication, she would call a local pharmacy to have it refilled before it impacted the client's care. Angela's nursing skills are so top-notch that she was frequently asked for assistance by other programs in the company. Angela is an excellent team player always jumping in to help her colleagues when needed. She has always been willing to jump in and assist with unit tasks such as cooking meals, washing laundry, and completing extra referrals to services for clients. In the past, she has even volunteered to help with projects on the unit such as redecorating the unit. Angela has my highest recommendation. Although she will be greatly missed, I am confident she will continue to thrive in her chosen profession by providing only the best care for her patients.
