Description
Extensive experience in mechanical design, analysis and product development for medical and/or electronic devices using 3D Pro-E Creo, Solidworks, Windchill AutoCAD and Minitab. * Extensive experience in development of product requirements from user needs, performance verification and validation, and product transfer from R&D to manufacturing Floor * Extensive Working experience with plastics injection molding, sheet metal and die casting, plating, and heat treatment, etc. for medical and electronic devices. * Working experience with various materials such as metal, alloy, plastics, elastomer, compound, etc. * Structure, thermal, and fluid mechanic modeling and simulation using various FEA tools. * Working experience with LABVIEW programming and various testing equipment for design verification test and test method development. * Working experience with different sensor and transducer technologies. * Working experience with optics design using Zemax and Fred to evaluate lens performance using ray tracing.
