With over 30 years of engineering and Project / Construction Management experience for large-scale industrial facilities in a variety of industries (including Pharma/Biotech, Biochemical/Petrochemical, Clean Rooms Design/Construction, Electronics, Paper, Power Plants/Refineries, and Agricultural), I have managed all phases of project development - from conceptual feasibility studies and estimates, through detailed design, procurement, commissioning, construction, and start-up. Through the years, I have: managed both technical and project aspects of specifically designated projects created functional product design specifications for customers spearheaded efforts to lower project costs increased production efficiency and optimized operational processes partnered with executive leadership teams to help adjust and drive strategic visions ensured that projects follow company and customer desires, processes, policies and guidelines and established and delivered project time, cost and quality objectives while balancing project resources and risks to achieve desired business objectives.
