5+ years of experience in developing and deploying SFDC solutions * Ability to write complex SOQL, SOSL queries across multiple objects within the SFDC database * Experience in analyzing business requirements implementing them to Sales force custom objects, junction objects, master-detail relationships and lookup relationships. * Proficient in Data Migration from Traditional Applications to Sales force using Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard and Data Manipulation Language * Strong experience with Salesforce.com CRM full implementation, sales force lightning, migration of sales, marketing, Chatter and App-Exchange applications, service clouds and communities and involved in different phases of development. * Technical Knowledge about Sales force lightning schema builder, process builder, app builder, components and lightning connect. * Experience in implementing Apex Classes, Controllers & Triggers, Visual force, Force.com * Experience in designing, creating and implementing profiles, roles, record types, page layouts, custom formula fields, validation rules, Dashboards for auto lead routing, Email Alerts, field dependencies, assignment rules and workflow rules, escalation rules, communication templates, approval processes and reports, and configuring security settings. * In-depth understanding of CRM Business process like Campaign Management, Lead Management, Account Management and Case Management. * Involved in migrating sales force instance from classic to lightning experience from scratch * Extensive experience of using declarative features like validation rules, Assignment rules, Auto-Response rules, Escalation Rules for satisfying complex business process automations. * Deep understanding of the SFDC implementations covering salesforce1, Sales cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud. * Experience in implementing security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level for different users at different levels of organization. * Extensive experience in Lead, Campaign and Case management and implemented Web-to-Lead, Web-to Case, Email-to-Case. * Good Understanding of Cloud Computing Services such as SAAS, PAAS& IAAS * Excellent analytical & problem solving, providing better solutions with long-term vision and business interaction skills * A self-motivated and result oriented team player with an ability to adapt, learn and deliver quickly. * Ready to relocate anywhere in US.
