Description
Managed a portfolio of IT projects worth over $150m for the Enterprise sector delivering IPVPN and Internet services over Fiber, Copper and point to point microwave solutions. Led a mega turnkey ICT program worth $180m to implement a green?eld telecom operations for the smart city project involving Fiber Optical Network, data center infrastructure and OSS / BSS Solution implementation. Spearheaded a major modernization program for the build-out and migration of a Tier 4 data center infrastructure based on Cisco ACI, Arbor / Fortinet security cloud solution and passive cabling as well as racking / stacking. Headed a strategic IT transformation PMO that oversaw a large scale and complex project valued at $95m for the Education Sector to deliver connectivity and internet services to 6000 schools at a national level. Successfully digitalized service delivery processes of connectivity projects using Waterfall / Agile Methodology this resulted in signi?cantly reduced delivery costs and improved customer experience.
