Management responsibilities included hire/fire and performance appraisals. • Interacted daily with Partner, Director, and Senior Manager level employees to obtain business needs and objectives, milestone expectations, and document sign-off. • Responsible for project budgets, resource allocation, task management, scheduling, status reporting, facilitating meetings and interfacing with vendors. • Managed development projects for the Finance/Accounting, HR, Security, and Supply Chain departments as well as infrastructure projects. • Ensured seamless integration and coordination of project plan activities with onshore and offshore development teams for successful completion of US team tasks to support clients. • Successfully managed several high profile, tight deadline FCC regulated projects that imposed severe monetary penalties if not completed by delivery date. • Fulfilled role of Configuration Manager in support of 35 applications, resulting in 100+ releases per year. • Selected by management to join a team that produced a process improvement manual which was used by all Project Team Leads and enabled our clients of the BellSouth Shared Services division to achieve CMM level 3 certification.
