CollapseDescription

of Experiences: My career has been built upon a 17-year experience in offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities, marine vessels with oil & gas applications and petrochemical plants. I had worked in commissioning for 3 years and in construction for 3 and a half years before I started my career in engineering. Thus, the combination of my work was an advantage to succeed in my career. The primary role has been as an instrument engineering: mainly detailed engineering, application engineering, construction, inspection, commissioning and start up and maintenance until handing over the plant as EPCI project's scope of work. Furthermore, my secondary role in telecommunication has been expanded along with my career. There have been assignments in some international and overseas EPCI projects with different aspects of approach and results. Management related Experiences: Managing interface and quality of the engineering's outcomes. Managing contractors' progresses and coordinating the interfaces between contactors and vendors. Led subordinates consist of engineers, draftsmen and technicians for preparing documentation and execution of the work. Supervision of the execution, calibration and site tests. * Commissioning: During my work in Commissioning I have managed a group of engineers and technicians for executing tests and tasks. * Construction: I worked in RSPPM as COMPANY representative. The project was modification on 36 platforms in Mumbai High Field, India. I tried to get permit to work from FPS every day and managed my team to complete the job on time. The team members were Indian and I was the only Iranian person, so I had to manage people who have limits in their language. I managed to learn some specific word and make a diverse environment by respecting to their culture and improving their outcome. As a COMPANY representative I had the following experiences: * Site visit, reviewing the plans, making a shortage list, providing daily work report and managing to catch up plans were difficult challenges. * Reading and understanding the weather forecast, talk to the marine crew and captain to understand how the approach and anchoring would be were another challenge. * Managing the provisions was another challenge. The requirement should be understood and the available items in the warehouse should be listed every day, and the provisions be ordered with respecting to the supply boats plans.
