COVER LETTER: Dear Sir or Madam, I appreciate the opportunity for you to review my CV . I have been a nurse since 1992, and my experience varies as reflected in my CV. As a student I had the opportunity to do clinical at Access - Ozark Tri County Health Care (the areas FQHC) with the assistance of Dr Charles Bentlage. The FQHC is a population primarily dedicated to the care of the working poor and there are several challenges to overcome when working with this population. Additionally, I was privileged to have as a preceptor Cathy Baines, previous nurse practitioner for Dr. John Cox, Chief Cardiologist at Freeman Hospital. I completed clinical rotations with Carol Monroe in Dr Pendergrass's prior to his opening Prime Care LLC. I have been told by my preceptors that I have excellent assessment skills. I know that given the opportunity I would be a valuable addition to any practice.
