Established security practices in cooperation with Defense Security Services (DSS) industrial security representatives to maintain a viable security program for both the Kroll and Kroll Ontrack Data Recovery facilities, including developing personal security polices, identifying personal security issues with government clients, and directing all investigations for responses to boost operations efficiency. * Achieved $5+ million in government revenue from classified / unclassified contracts, including maintaining responsibility for reviewing and submitting all classified / unclassified RFP / RFQ packages. * Recognized for job performance excellence with 5-year, 10-year, and 15-year awards from company. * Built out 3 different facilities ranging in size from 3,000-, 7,000-, and 20,000-square-foot data recovery labs, including overseeing all inception, design, and build of closed area secure rooms and SCIF room. * Participated in numerous annual training and key seminars throughout the U.S. to develop strong skills. * Successfully led efforts for the company to win 2 prestigious Defense Security Service Cogswell Awards.
