Mr. Tobin is a Professional Engineer and Registered Architect with over 30 years of experience in providing technical services for Airport Passenger Terminal, Cargo, and Baggage handling systems design and engineering, security and customs screening systems, and building interface architecture and engineering. Other Projects include, FAA compliant Aircraft RW/TW/TL G/S design, aircraft hangars, warehouse facilities and material handling systems, and building architecture and engineering. Mr. Tobin has carried out architectural and engineering services, including IT systems development for Airport Passenger Terminal Security, IT Low Voltage Systems, Medium Voltage Electrical Power and Standby and Emergency Power Generation, High Mast Lighting Systems, Cargo and Baggage Systems, PACS personnel access and control systems, CCTV closed circuit TV, X-ray and CT scanner installations, LAN and WiFi networks, and PLC programmable logic controls for automated Baggage and Cargo processing for major airport cargo and passenger terminals projects located throughout the US and worldwide, including the Seattle Tacoma International Airport South Satellite Renovation Project, New Queen Alia International Airport, the New SSRIA Mauritius International Airport, Athens International Airport, Dubai International Airport, the Miami International Airport, JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Philadelphia International Airport and the Incheon International Airport in Seoul, Korea.
