Responsible for all IT requirements, design and development of peak quality hardware, software and Cyber Security, leading top performing technical teams, security engineers and systems integration specialists. Supervise IT projects and technical functions for the company’s network/data center in a multi-million dollar Aerospace manufacturing facility. Conduct strategic planning to determine technical/business needs; formulate and implement standard operating procedures and develop key processes to ensure network reliability and versatility. Identify and execute initiatives to accomplish enterprise goals while optimizing resources, expediting workflow and improving performance. Manage, support and upgrade enterprise WAN, LAN and WiFi networks, providing technical consultation, network/equipment review, comprehensive performance monitoring and real time reporting to executive management and inter-department colleagues.
