Worked with Parent company and CIO to develop a 6-year Information Strategy Plan (ISP). Enhancing ISP by working with SAP and creating a roadmap to achieve the company's business 3 horizon plan to become a $1B company during 2017 to 2018 and $3B Multi Branded Group during 2019 to 2020. . Including SAP Upgrade to S4 HANA, Financial Consolidations Upgrade, Dashboards (Tableau), and Demand Planning * Developed cloud strategy roadmap and led migration of the US data center to the cloud during 2016 and early 2017, achieving a 70% cost reduction, while upgrading the IT infrastructure and providing high-availability disaster recovery. * Proven ability to implement process improvements through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls, outsourcing offshore, and streamlining processes. * Developed global network, security and data governance roadmap to support improved global network performance and to become PCI, DSS and GDPR compliant. * Improve IT operations and costs by defining process, procedures and KPI's for the establishment of an offshore delivery center in India. Driving year-over-year improvements in service delivery. Driving 86% of the daily support requirements to be completed offshore. * Successfully salvaged multiple projects to a successful completion include outsourcing EDI to a third party and upgrading the e-Commerce platform by identifying and addressing critical path resources and dependencies.
