An experienced Project Manager with more than 15-year successful management of multi-million projects on private sector development, social development institutional capacity building, water and energy infrastructure modernization. In-Depth understanding of donor community program requirements (WB, ADB, ECD, EBRD, UNDP, USAID, DFID). Strong familiarity with political set-up and socio-economic agenda of CIS, South Asia and Middle East countries. Proven experience in identification and monitoring of procurement notices and leads, discussion and advising consortium partners on whether or not to bid on specific lead opportunities. Extensive experience in preparing project proposals (technical and financial), drafting concept notes, memorandums and public strategies, recruitment, timely mobilization of teams, making effective project planning, procurement and HR policy development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to motivate staff to meet challenges within deadline and budget without compromising quality, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in English, Russian, Farsi and Dari.
