Wilwat Properties: Developed and managed comprehensive marketing communications program for leading metro-Atlanta apartment property developer including print and broadcast ads, brochures, ad specialties and 10 integrated websites. RESULT: Occupancy rates consistently 20%+ above competition. Mellco: Developed and activated the first brand identity program in the industry for treated lumber products including in-store displays, product tags, print ads, sales brochures, deck construction plans, publicity and dealer aids: RESULT: Selection of Mellco brand as primary treated lumber supplier to more than 200 Wickes retail lumber outlets.
