2 years of work experience in the domain of manual and automated software testing of Telephony Solutions at Talisman Telecom. * Adept in end-to-end Agile process of software products from requirement analysis to system study, coding, testing and documentation. * Aware of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Test Life Cycle. * Experience in various types of testing - Functional, Regression, System and Smoke. * Raising and tracking defects till closure in defect tracking tools like Bugzilla and Redmine. * Involved in Test scenarios generation, use case creation, Test case designing and Test case execution based on software requirements, content model, and/or business rules. * Experience in validating the data from the database using DML, DDL and Joins. * Experience in Automating Web Application Testing using Selenium WebDriver with TestNG Framework. * Involved in creation of user manuals to document application functionality for use by the end user. * Involved in creation of test reports summarizing the testing process and results, which confirmed the delivery of a high quality product. * Good exposure in interacting with clients and handling issues at critical times. * Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, leadership and communication skills. * Belief in strong work ethics and possess a drive to succeed.
