Major Program Efforts and Experience: * Performed as site QA oversight for construction of the International wing of McCarran Airport Las Vegas Nevada. Served as Liaison between Clark County, FAA Bechtel and McCarran Airport authority. Provided field inspection of welding, concrete testing and compaction lift testing. Provided oversight for ASTM 137 lab testing of steel and field testing of concrete cylinders. Monitored test cure data and chronology. Provided oversight of Pilkington Glass installation to meet heat maximums for warranty enforcement. * Conducted complete regulatory review of BP Northstar design package for Intec Engineers. This resulted in the design package being accepted by the Joint Pipeline Office of the State of Alaska on the first submittal. * Directed a team of five engineers performing complete P&ID walkdown of the nation's first Chemical Weapons processing facilities in Tooele Utah. Task included review of 200 orthographic drawings and verification of over 5000 devices installed at the facility prior to systemization and startup. * Provided complete residence Quality oversight for regulatory compliance with over 250 induction bends fabricated for the Rover pipeline project for Energy Partners. * Provided construction Quality oversight for Reva Solar plant in Cogan Creek NSW Australia. Included ACI AWS and ASTM testing and data capture. Provided field performance evaluations of contractors. * Directed complete quality system implementation of NASA quality requirements at o-ring fabrication contractor during space shuttle post-challenger audit project. * Conducted over thirty (30) quality systems audits of suppliers and engineering firms in accordance with ISO-9001 mandates. QSLA certification. Have served as principal project management quality representative in major project engineering and construction endeavors throughout the U.S Pacific Rim, and Europe, and for Airport, nuclear and fossil power plant, QHSE, operations, CPI, including P&L accountability for ASME, AWS D1.1, ASME valve and vessel systems, ASME section VIII Div. I & II heater and boiler fabrication, induction bending fabrication, ASME/API pumps, and NACE coating Power Boilers, Electro-chlorinator packages, including P&ID walk downs and factory acceptance testing. Have served as lead QHSE auditor for over 30 major QMS and supplier audits. Have been a resident SQR for field structural, civil and pipeline and production projects. SQR for FRP and Polymer fabricated tanks including fire proof FRP and reinforced glass resin tanks, structural steel, valves, pumps, and ASME/API heaters. Twenty-five years working with major A&E resources, fabricators, and manufacturers globally. Served as a project quality engineer for a 3000-pipe spool fabrication contract for Washington Public Power Supply System units 3 & 5. Served as principal consultant to Hanford Nuclear Reservation tank farm on NQA-1 quality, 10 CFR 50 App. B, and NUREG 5500 mandates Have managed all QC activities for three nuclear pipe fabrication contracts totaling 5500 spools and 3000 valves. Have witnessed over 300 hydrostatic tests to ASME Section VIII Div I & II. Polymer testing and fabrication including urethane seal design and fabrication aerospace o-ring fabrication and inspection. *
