I have over 16 years of professional experience; 14 years of that has been as a government contractor in the IC working as an IT Project Manager and Deputy IT Program Manager. I am looking to further my knowledge and career as an IT Program Manager. I know how to work within the system for a positive outcome. I am constantly striving for a win-win relationship with my customer regarding any project I'm working on. I work closely with my customer to understand their needs and ensure my staff meet the required timelines and meets and/or exceeds the services the customer has requested. I ensure that each rollout is on time, utilizing the Agile Scrum and Kanban methods. I am familiar with the systems for my customer. I am well versed in Project Management, Agile, MS Project, Excel, Cognos, JIRA, Confluence, Google Docs, Crystal Ball, Monte Carlo Simulation, TIM, Remedy, Office 365, SharePoint 2013/2016, Linux, Visual SQL, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Visio, PowerPoint, Access, and the SDLC. I'm a team oriented and forward driven leader that knows how to make sure that the customer comes first and shows the team, each day, how valuable each one of them are.
