Using CMMI level 3 certification managed the research, development and design on 5 new computer software programs which tracked soldier training, aviation logistics, weapon systems on aircraft, commander's dashboard and base CTS-A software program. Managed budget valued at $6 million per year for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment CTS-A contract. Performed oversight and written evaluations on 24 employees in four different locations within the U.S. as the Director. During this time was the Facility Manager for a 13,500 square foot office complex with 5 different contracts.
