the process and execution of SCAR's, NCR's, PPAP, Oracle, and Agile. * Established Electronic Static Discharge (ESD) procedures in the factory to be the front runner in coverage and ESD control measures. This significantly cut down on the risk of wiping out electronic boards with loaded software, or shorting out and thus rendering the boards unusable. * Designed a new layout and established a new process on disposition of parts within the non-conforming room. This increased parts availability to the production line by 65%, and saved over 38 production hours per manufacturing line, and at least $18,000 per week.
